About Andrew & Clickd Journal

Andrew received a BA in visual journalism from Western Washington University and is actively pursuing a career in digital media and brand storytelling in the outdoor world. Since graduating in 2023, he has interned at Cascadia Daily News as a photo and multimedia journalist and has landed freelance contracts with Bellingham companies, Crestline Bikes, Trail Boss USA, and Boardworks Tech Shop as a content creator.

As a kid from Houston, Texas, one often wonders how he ended up in the PNW as a biker and snowboarder, given neither existed in his hometown. After high school, Andrew ventured to Texas’ backyard: Colorado. There, he pursued a new love for snowboarding and would also revive his childhood passion for riding bikes, this time with the helpful and exciting addition of gravity. He quickly immersed himself in those gravity sports and sought out the best place for both…

Building a brand has been the post-college objective for Andrew and starting Clickd Media Group made the venture into Freelancing official. Additionally, Clickd Journal is a YouTube channel that Andrew started to progress his skills in outdoor digital media storytelling.

Some say Andrew is well-versed in barbecuing on a Weber Kettle Grill, and that he may never know the correct lyrics to his favorite songs. But they all say he’s got a knack for bringing people and friends together.

Building and maintaining community through mountain biking, pickleball, clubs, and passion-driven media that gives him and his friends a reason to work together on projects.
